| Notes: |
| 1. All fees include GST plus Squash NZ association levies. |
| 2. For new members an additional $10 (refundable) access door tag levy is added to the above listed subscription |
| 3. Subscription year will run from the day of joining. All members will be allowed to use the visitor option except corporate memberships |
| 4. Existing members wishing to upgrade their membership are required to pay the different between the rates for their existing and their desired membership type. |
| 5. Existing members wishing to downgrade their membership during the subscription year may apply in writing to the membership secretary for a refund |
| 6. Members other than seniors who wish to have the practice option must apply to the club president, each application will be considered on its merits |
| Note: Members who join Mana Squash club and who wish to play interclub and/or Squash affiliated tournaments must join as a full financial member. |
